Equipment Information

Canoes

Weight Limit: 700 lbs, well balanced

Riders: 2 adults + 2 children (age 2-12), 3rd adult is $10 extra. Note: there are only 2 built-in seats. Any additional riders will need to ride on a cushion in the center of canoe.

Age: 2+

What’s included: Bus transport, boat, paddles, life vests/seats

Features: 1-2 small children can ride in the center. Can carry a cooler and your bags in the center as well. Max 3 adults / 4 total people

Kayaks

Weight Limit: 275 lbs

Riders: 1 single adult or 1 single child

Age: 7+

What’s included: Bus transport, boat, kayak paddle, life vest/seat

Features: Great for enjoying the beautiful Tippecanoe River, you can either let the current take you down the gentle, winding river with minimal effort or you can actively paddle to engage your entire core to build strength and endurance. The choice is yours.

Personal Transports

Personal Kayak Transport:

  • Short Trip: $35/kayak

  • Long Trip: $40/kayak

  • MINIMUM of 10 feet long. Shorter than 10 feet? Call to ask first.

Bus transport only: $20/person

  • Inflatable tube must be DEFLATED and able to ride on your lap. You will need your own PORTABLE PUMP to inflate up river.

Cooler Floats

Dimensions/Capacity: 28” x 16”; up to 48 quart cooler or 2 small coolers; Max 150 lbs

What’s included: Cooler float only, you bring your cooler

Usage: Store your coolers, snacks, bags, phones, shoes, etc. Anything you want to keep mostly dry and stowed away

Note: We do not allow styrofoam coolers or glass bottles as they contaminate the river

Did you know we offer River Tubes as well? These are not your grandpa’s rubber inner-tube, these are luxury cruise vessels on the Tippecanoe River. Not ready to plunge in all the way? You can add River Tubing to your group outing to have a mixture of tubes, kayaks & canoes.
